It can be overwhelming to see all of the errors that this program creates. Jv16 Powertools (macecraft.com) generates flawless results - delivers for any requirement you have. Have you heard of it?
PC Tools Registry Mechanic doesn't do the stuff that JV16 does newdatabases. And I'd bet all those errors you see are errors in the program instead of errors on your computer. That's why I don't mess with anything except JV. JV keeps things lean and clean.
